To ensure your preferred time and specialist, we recommend booking appointments at least two weeks in advance. A credit card is required to secure all reservations.

Cancellations
What is the cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another guest seeking restoration. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount. We value our therapists' time and expertise, and this policy ensures they are compensated for their dedicated preparation for your arrival.
Can I reschedule on the same day?
Rescheduling on the same day is treated as a cancellation if done within 24 hours of the appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your new time, but the cancellation policy will apply if the original slot cannot be filled.

Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in our service pricing and is left to your discretion as a reflection of your satisfaction. Typical gratuity for spa services ranges from 18% to 22%. We accept gratuity in cash or via card at checkout, ensuring our dedicated therapists are respectfully recognized for their care and expertise.
